Learn from the Pros
BlueWave's
engineering team is the best in the business. We believe in learning by
mentoring. So if you need to learn a new skill... like how to configure a
T1 router... you'll get the chance to do it by working with a Cisco certified
expert. When you feel confident, you'll have the opportunity to do
it on your own. When you're the expert, we'll expect you to pass the
knowledge on to your teammates. Help's always phone call away because we
work together as a team. You'll always have knowledgeable teammates
ready to help out with any problem, big or small.
Independence. Autonomy. Responsibility.
At BlueWave, engineers work in small self-managed teams. You'll have
the freedom to plan your own day most effectively to get the job done. With that
comes responsibility to your teammates, the company, and your clients. It's
highly stimulating, lots of work, and lots of fun!
We offer a full compliment of top notch benefits including: highly
competitive salary, performance-based bonus program, health care benefits,
dental, vision, life insurance, disability insurance, 401K matching plan, medical
expense account, health club memberships, ongoing technical training, and Cisco
and Microsoft Certifications.
