Steve Vicinanza, PhD - Founder and Chief Executive Officer
Dr. Vicinanza is a noted IT expert with over 30 years of IT industry experience. Prior to founding BlueWave, Dr. Vicinanza was Director of Technology Planning at EDS, the $20 billion global technology outsourcing company. He has also served as an adjunct professor at Georgia Tech's School of Computer Science. Steve received a doctorate in Management and Information Systems from the business school at Carnegie Mellon University. He is frequently quoted by trade and business publications and is a published author of both academic articles as well as a book on computer programming.

Dr. Vicinanza does a live guest appearance on CNN with Miles O'Brian.

Todd Merry  - Director of Sales and Marketing
Todd is responsible for the overall sales, marketing and business development at BlueWave. Prior to joining BlueWave, Todd spent 14+ years in varies leadership roles in the Telecommunication sector. Most recently he served as the Director of Sales for NuVox Communication where he oversaw daily operation for the Atlanta market. Prior to this role, he was the Regional Director of Sales for Florida Digital Networks where he developed the direct sales force from a start-up group to a 60-member sales organization for the Georgia and North Florida Markets. Before joining Florida Digital Networks, he spent 7 years with MCI Communications in the small to midsize business segment. Todd holds a BS degree in Business Administration from SUNY Oswego, while also serving as a commissioned officer in the United States Army. 

Andy Streiker - Senior Network Architect
Mr. Streiker has 15 years of progressive experience managing and building complex, geographically dispersed networks for medium and large scale organizations such as MCI WorldCom and the US Government. Andy is responsible for the day to day technical operations of BlueWave's internal Network Operations Center as well as overseeing all new system installations for our clients. Andy graduated from University of Texas, Austin with a B.S. in computer sciences. Additionally, he maintains certifications as a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) and a Novell CNE.

Cheryl Greblick - Software Architect
Cheryl has 25 years experience in the design and programming of complex computer systems. She has outstanding user interface and application system design skills. Through her career she has served in many technical roles including designer, project manager, and lead engineer. 100% of the systems she has been involved with have been put into production as commercial products or in-house systems. Cheryl graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Binghamton University with a double major in math and computer sciences. She also holds a Masters degree in computer science from Boston University.

Brett Sims - Operations Center Manager
Mr. Sims has 12 years experience in small business technology development and process automation. His skills range from wide area networks, to all Microsoft operating systems, and client server applications. Brett is responsible for BlueWave's Network Operations Center including management of the help desk, field engineering staff, client relations, and service delivery processes. Brett has an exceptional understanding of a our clients' needs, their strategic business goals, and how technology can help facilitate those challenges. Brett holds a BS degree in Management from Georgia Tech and has continued education in executive program course work including a mini MBA in finance and Microsoft certifications.

Bryan Gillett - Business Office Manager
Mr. Gillett is responsible for all BlueWave back office operations including procurement, accounts payable, accounts receivable, vendor management, receiving, and facilities management. Bryan holds an MBA from the Robinson College of Business at Georgia State University.

Deborah Frazier - Sales Manager, Marketing and Partner Relations
Ms. Frazier has 14 years of experience in consulting sales. She has a strong sense of IT ethics and industry professionalism. Deborah's sales philosophy is: "to set clear expectations for the clients and promote long-term relationships". Deborah's philosophies and techniques result in tremendous growth while maintaining a 95% annual retention rate for contract support clients.
